Visualization of plate osteosynthesis

Epimedical got support from RenderThat with the technical 3D visualization for their medical devices, including this angle-stable plate osteosynthesis for femurs. Osteosynthesis is the operative connection of two or more bones or bone fragments in order to make them grow together. The aim of the project was therefore to demonstrate to surgeons how to correctly fasten the screws (various lengths and types) as a use case in actual use.
